It is not appropriate for you to ask God to make a particular man your husband. You should bear in mind that the man has a will of his own, and you should not try to override his will in the name of prayer. In fact, God Himself respects people’s will. The bible does not support that kind of prayer, as it tends to be manipulative. Anything that ignores the will of the other person that is involved is a manipulation. What is appropriate for you to do is to ask God to lead you to the right man for you.  In addition, the fact that you like a man does not mean God wants the two of you to marry each other. Let God lead you to the right man. It is well with you.

Please, are there conditions under which God will choose not to heal a born again Christian?

NO, NO and NO!
There are no conditions under which, God will choose not to heal a believer. I have heard this question a number of times. You should not let the devil tell you a lie that God won’t heal you for any reason. In fact, God has already healed you of all diseases and sicknesses. You just need to receive your healing by faith. Your healing is already provided. The bible tells us that we were healed by the stripes of Jesus.
But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities; The chastisement for our peace was upon Him, And by His stripes we are healed. Isaiah 53:5 (NKJV)

who Himself bore our sins in His own body on the tree, that we, having died to sins, might live for righteousness--by whose stripes you were healed. 1 Peter 2:24 (NKJV)

God healed us because of what Jesus did.  Your healing, and mine are already ‘done deals’ through Christ. If you ever feel sick in your body then start standing on the Word of God that says, you are healed by the stripes of Jesus. It is well with you.
